1. About Vibber Health

Vibber ("we", "us", "our") operates vibberhealth.com (the "Site"), an independent informational matching service. We help adults in the United States identify GLP-1 weight loss programs offered by third-party telehealth providers based on self-reported eligibility information.

We are based in the United Kingdom. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. What We Are — and What We Are Not

Vibber Health is an independent informational service only.

We are not:

• A healthcare provider, medical practice, or clinic
• A pharmacy or licensed dispenser of medication
• A telehealth platform
• A licensed prescriber

We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. The eligibility assessment on this Site is an informational tool that surfaces provider options based on self-reported information. It is not a clinical assessment, and no physician-patient relationship is created by using this Site.

Medication — including any GLP-1 medication — is prescribed, dispensed, and delivered exclusively by the third-party provider you choose to engage with. We have no involvement in your clinical care, prescriptions, or treatment.

3. Eligibility to Use This Site

By using the Site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are located in the United States
• You are accessing the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
• The information you provide during the assessment is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You understand that the Site is informational only and does not replace professional medical advice

If you do not meet these conditions, you are not permitted to use this Site.

4. The Assessment Tool

The eligibility assessment ("quiz") is a four-step questionnaire designed to surface relevant GLP-1 program options based on your stated goals, state of residence, biological sex, and body measurements.

Important limitations:

• The assessment output is informational only. It is not a clinical determination of your eligibility, safety, or suitability for any medication or treatment.
• Your BMI is calculated using the standard formula (weight × 703 ÷ height²) applied to the figures you self-report. We do not independently verify these figures.
• The match result reflects the provider options available in our network at the time of your assessment. Provider availability, pricing, and clinical protocols may change without notice.
• Only a licensed healthcare professional who has personally evaluated you can determine whether a GLP-1 medication is appropriate for your circumstances.

5. GLP-1 Medications — Important Information

GLP-1 medications, including semaglutide and tirzepatide, are prescription medications with serious known risks and side effects, including but not limited to:

• Nausea, vomiting, and gastrointestinal effects
• Pancreatitis
• Gallbladder disease
• Kidney injury
• A boxed warning regarding thyroid C-cell tumours in animal studies

These medications are not suitable for everyone. They require evaluation, prescription, and ongoing supervision by a licensed clinician. Providers in our network offer compounded GLP-1 medications from pharmacies that operate in compliance with applicable FDA and state pharmacy regulations. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products, though they may be prepared by facilities operating under applicable regulatory frameworks.

Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a statement that any medication is safe or appropriate for you specifically.

6. Affiliate Relationships and Commercial Disclosure

Vibber earns a referral fee when a user clicks through to a listed provider and completes a sign-up or purchase. This is how we fund the Site.

Our matching algorithm is based on clinical eligibility criteria (BMI threshold, state availability, health goals) and is not influenced by commercial arrangements with providers. However, you should know that we have a financial interest in referrals to every provider listed on this Site.

Providers are not ranked based on the size of referral fees they pay us. We audit providers independently across clinical quality, pricing, onboarding speed, and patient experience. We update our assessments periodically but cannot guarantee that provider information is current or complete at the time of your visit.

7. Third-Party Providers

When you click through to a provider from your match result, you leave Vibber Health and enter a separate third-party service. The provider's own terms of service, privacy policy, and clinical protocols apply from that point.

We are not responsible for:

• The actions, omissions, or services of any third-party provider
• The accuracy of provider information on their own platforms
• Clinical decisions, prescriptions, or treatment outcomes
• Pricing changes, availability changes, or interruptions to provider services

Your relationship with any provider is solely between you and that provider. We are not a party to that relationship.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in the assessment, including falsifying your age, location, weight, or health information
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Site's infrastructure, servers, or databases
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our written permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Site
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the matching algorithm or any underlying technology

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the matching algorithm, and the site design — is owned by or licensed to Vibber and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, print, and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Provider names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this Site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this Site does not imply endorsement of Vibber by those providers.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
• Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content, including provider information, pricing, or availability

The assessment output is not medical advice. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for decisions you make based on the information provided by this Site.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vibber and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Damages arising from your reliance on match results, provider information, or any content on the Site
• Damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, a third-party provider's services
• Personal injury or health outcomes related to medications prescribed by providers in our network

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed £100 (one hundred pounds sterling) or the equivalent in your local currency.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibber and its operators, affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Site in breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• False or misleading information you provide through the assessment
• Your reliance on Site content in making healthcare or financial decisions

13. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice or liability.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to the clause below, any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

US consumer rights: If you are a consumer located in the United States, nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights you have under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract. Where required by applicable law, you retain the right to bring claims in your local jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vibber regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior communications or agreements on the same subject.
